COURSE INFORMATION

Fall Protection – Work at Height (Company Specific) 
This program is a one day classroom / hands-on training program, that incorporates client specific policies, procedures and equipment into our core program to implement a specific training course using existing procedures, equipment, photos, along with company specific case studies relevant to all workers involved. 

This course will ensure that students are well versed in dealing with fall hazards and provide hands-on experience/applications with different types of fall protection equipment.

Along with the hands-on techniques, the instructor demonstrates three (3) actual drop tests with a CSA 225 lb. test weight. One of the drop tests demonstrated is to deploy a shock absorber for class discussion.

NOTE:
It is NOT REQUIRED but recommended, if participants have their own personal Fall Protection Harness & Lanyard, to bring these items to the program for use in the hands-on demonstrations. However we have, and will supply all necessary fall protection equipment for this course.

• Participants receive a student manual in which they are able to follow along and take required notes as part of their participation.
• Full participation, hands-on demonstrations and a written examination, are required to successfully complete the program and receive Industry Standard certification.
